RyuzakiHost guarantees 99.99% network uptime. In the event of downtime exceeding this guarantee, credits may be issued upon request.

3.2 Support

We provide 24/7 technical support via Discord and our ticket system. Response times may vary based on issue severity.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing

All services are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.

4.3 Refund Policy

• We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on all hosting plans.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
• Domain registrations and add-on services are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

6. Acceptable Use

The following activities are prohibited on our services:

• Sending spam or conducting phishing attacks.
• Launching DDoS attacks or network abuse.
• Mining cryptocurrency on shared hosting resources.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Client

You may cancel your service at any time. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

8.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate services if you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
